Screened Topsoil

 Dry screened through a shredder and a 12mm screen.
Use: Seeding lawns, building flower and shrub gardens, base for sodding, and planting large trees

Screened Triple Mix

 3 way mix of composted peat, manure, and topsoil and then screened through a 12mm screen.
Use: Flower and shrubbery gardens, and planting trees.

Screened Top Dressing

 3 way mix of composted peat, clean coarse sand, and topsoil and then screened through a 12mm screen.
Use: Top dressing existing lawns and topping up flower gardens.

Unshredded Topsoil

 Topsoil that has not been screened or shredded.
Use: Un-processed soil to raise elevations greater than 150mm.
